TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Noctimania.com. Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.


OUR GOODS

We always strive to give as much technical information as possible about the products we sell. All images, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the purpose of giving you the most accurate description possible of our goods. In the unlikely event that one of the materials used in the making of any garment is unavailable, we will substitute it with a material of similar construction, texture, weight and appearance of equal or greater value. We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If you need more specific information you are welcome to email us, and if we are able to, we will answer your enquiry as quickly as possible.

 

Goods are either handwash or dry clean only.  No returns will be accepted where items have not been cleaned in accordance with their care labels.


PAYMENT AND PRICES

We accept all major credit and debit cards, all payments are processed via paypal for your security and peace of mind. You may pay using your paypal account or by simply entering your card details when prompted. The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price if due to error causing the price published for the goods to be wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.  In the unlikely event that this happens we will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

 

RETURNS

As all of our garments are handmade we are only able to accept returns if there is a fault with the item. We can not accept returns if you have simply ordered  the wrong size or colour (if you are at all unsure of the size you require please read the size chart relating to the item you are interested in, or contact us prior to purchase) In the unlikely event that there is a fault with one of our items please return it to us for repair and contact us via e-mail informing us of this along with details of the fault and we will repair and return it to you free of charge.

 

DELIVERY

All of our items are shipped via royal mail recorded delivery and should reach  the delivery address within 2-3 weeks. You will be contacted by us if for any reason we anticipate that your item may take longer than this to reach you. We can not be held responsible for any delays with delivery that may occur once the item dispatched is in the hands of Royal Mail. If your order does not reach you within the specified delivery time please contact us and we will provide the tracking number for your item so that you will be able to track it via royal mail.


DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery is free on all UK orders.  European orders are shipped at a flat rate of £5.00 per item. Orders are shipped to the rest of the world at a flat rate of £10.00 per item.
